This article discusses liability questions that can arise in litigation over faulty roof design.  Specifically, it analyzes who has liability when no independent roof design professional is involved with a roof that fails prematurely.  This liability question is analyzed in the context of the pertinent agreements entered into by the building owner, the contractor and the roofing manufacturer.
